Cookies
Last updated: 2026-05-04
This page explains which cookies and similar technologies are used on https://www.navexmarina.es, for which purpose, and how you can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" button.
Categories we use
We use two categories of cookies: strictly necessary cookies, required for the site to function and set without consent (session, CSRF protection, consent memory, anti-abuse challenge), and analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4, IP-anonymised, set only after you grant analytics consent). We do not currently set marketing or profiling cookies; the "Marketing" slot in the consent dialog is reserved for a future, consent-based use and will be detailed here before any deployment.
Cookie inventory
The table below lists each cookie that may be set on your device. Names marked with an asterisk or "XXXXXXX" carry a dynamic identifier specific to the Google Analytics property. The inventory is reviewed on every deployment that touches tracking code.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Retention | Category |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| navex_consent | Navex Marina | Stores your cookie-consent choice so the banner is not shown again. | 12 months | Strictly necessary |
| XSRF-TOKEN | Laravel | Laravel CSRF token — blocks cross-site form submissions. | Session | Strictly necessary |
| navex_marina_session | Laravel | Laravel session identifier — carries CSRF and flash state across requests. | 2 hours | Strictly necessary |
| _ga | Google Analytics | Google Analytics 4 — distinguishes unique visitors. Set only when analytics consent is granted. | 24 months | Analytics |
| _ga_XXXXXXX | Google Analytics | Google Analytics 4 — per-property session state. Set only when analytics consent is granted. | 24 months | Analytics |
| __cf_bm | Cloudflare | Cloudflare bot-mitigation cookie, set by the Turnstile anti-abuse challenge. | 30 minutes | Strictly necessary |
| cf_clearance | Cloudflare | Cloudflare clearance cookie, set after a successful Turnstile challenge. | 12 months | Strictly necessary |
| hcaptcha / hcaptcha-cookie | hCaptcha | hCaptcha session cookies, set only when the hCaptcha fallback is triggered. | Session | Strictly necessary |
Manage your preferences
You can change your consent at any time by clicking the "Cookie preferences" button below, or the same button in the site footer. You may also clear cookies directly from your browser settings. Please note that refusing strictly-necessary cookies will prevent key parts of the site (for example the contact form) from working.
Consent lifetime
Your consent choice is stored in the "navex_consent" cookie for 365 days. After that period the banner is shown again so you can confirm or change your choice. You can also shorten that period by clearing the cookie in your browser.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy whenever the cookie inventory changes or applicable law evolves. The "last updated" date above always reflects the version in force.
